Devine Pastabilities in Loma Portal provides an erudite solution for those with a fondness for spaghetti sandwiches. It’s called the “torpasta,” a toasted torpedo roll that completely encases pasta and meatballs. Proprietor Damien Devine conceived the sandwich when his school cafeteria served spaghetti with a roll on the side. Devine hollowed out the bread and tucked in the noodles. And the rest is history.
