San Diego Kitchen & Bath brings together home cooks and accomplished chefs in a new 1,600-square foot space designated for its recently launched “Cooking With Class” series. The room is equipped with state-of-the-art Dacor appliances, an indoor barbecue and several viewing screens. Classes held throughout May and June cover everything from sushi making and Tuscan cooking to constructing 30-minute meals and preparing seafood. And what students learn about, they get to eat. Upcoming guests chefs include Brian Malarkey of Oceanaire Seafood Room, Jeffrey Strauss of Pamplemousse and Italian cooking expert Nadia Frigeri.
